850 Rabbis Call On Senators Schumer and Gillibrand:

1. Tell Congress: Stop shoving the radical LGBT agenda down our throats – or else.

2. Hold hearings and fire Lt. Gen. Bostick from the Army.

In response to the scheduled Tuesday Senate vote on the 2011 Defense Authorization Bill, which includes (a) an amendment repealing the statutory ban on homosexuals serving in the military; (b) an amendment morphing military hospitals into abortion millls; and (c) a mass-immigration amendment, providing amnesty to millions of illegals, incurring untold billions of future taxpayer debt –  while ‘coincidentally’ serving to ultimately supplement the dwindling voter-base of the anti-family hard-Left – Rabbi Yehuda Levin, Family-Values Spokesman for the Rabbinical Alliance of America, comprising over 850 Orthodox Rabbis, issued the following statement:

“Tens of millions of family-oriented citizens of all religious persuasions are fed up with the government genuflecting to radical homosexualists, while denigrating the millions of G-d-fearing, Bible-adherent families nationwide.

“In the wake of the recent one-man judicial fiat of homosexual Judge Vaughn Walker – who arrogantly ‘vetoed’ the opposition of millions of Californians to Same-Gender ‘Marriage’ – we now approach Tuesdays’ attempted onslaught against the Republic.

“They plan to unfairly amnestize millions of illegals, providing replacements to the poll-projected up-to-25% of enlistees expected to abandon the military if forced to serve, sleep, and shower in no-privacy conditions side-by-side with open, flaunting homosexuals.  Additionally, in the midst of a severe recession, these Robin-Hoods aim to finance free college for the illegals, while American students are left to fend for themselves.

“Experts predict that the exodus resulting from homosexualizing the military will lead to a draft – *forcing* Bible adherents into a LGBT-regimented armed forces.  Moreover, a ban-repeal would infringe on the religious liberties of servicemen and chaplains currently serving, as they would be forced to tolerate constant situations contravening their Biblical principles, under the military’s Zero-Tolerance policy.

“Recently, we’ve been graced with a glimpse into the actual future of tolerance in a homosexualized military.  Exposing the veneer sported by the Equality Fanatics, Lt. Gen. Thomas Bostick, US Army Deputy Chief of Staff charged with personnel, revealed: ‘… these people (racists and bigots) opposing this new policy will need to get with the program, and if they can’t, they need to get out. … you’re always going to have those that oppose this on moral and religious grounds just like you have racists today.’

* “As residents of the state hosting the largest Orthodox Jewish population, we urge Sen. Schumer and Sen. Gillibrand to filibuster any measure which threatens Bible-adherent servicemen with a Catch-22.  Why is defending our basic religious liberty so much less important than gracing illegals with education paid for by taxpayer labor?

* “We urge Mr. Schumer, Chair of the Subcommittee on Immigration, Border Security, and Citizenship, to fulfill his most basic Constitutional responsibilities to his hundreds of thousands of Orthodox Jewish constituents, as well as millions of other Bible-Believing constituents, alarmed and outraged by *each* of the aforementioned, utterly non-germaine amendments being shoved down our throats.

“Will our NY Senators stop this mad rush?  Will you call for immediate and comprehensive hearings on Lt. Gen. Bosticks anti-Biblical hate-speech? What about in-depth Congressional hearings on the full ramifications of the gay-ban repeal on religious servicemen – and on the spectre of an eventual draft into a homosexualized military?

* “We need to advise our own Rabbis to inform their constituents of the dangers inherent in each one of the aforementioned amendments.  We intend to notify our Orthodox communities that a filibuster vote on Tuesday should be a top priority in voting in any subsequent Senatorial elections.

* “We would like to reach out to Noahides, as well as other faith communities, including the Catholic Conference of Bishops, the Southern Baptist Convention, the Greek and Russian Orthodox Church, etc., to join with us to form a “religious Tea Party” – now, before November.  We need to stand together to defend both our military and civilian society against a pro-abortion, homosexualist, unfair-immigrationist Congress.

* “Sen. Gillibrand and Schumer, join with Senators Brownback, DeMint, Vitter, Coburn, Sessions, Inhofe, Brown, et. al. in a bipartisan filibuster of this bill.

In advance of the July 29th homosexual parade scheduled to begin in a religious neighborhood in Jerusalem and conclude with a reception at the Israeli Parliament, the Knesset, Rabbi Yehuda Levin, spokesman for the 850 plus members of the 70-year-old Rabbinical Alliance of America, issued the following statement:

For years now the imperial judiciary of Israel has demonstrated a clear bias against things and people religious and the traditional values and heritage of a Jewish people described in the Torah (Bible) as a “Nation of Priests and a Holy People”. The Israeli Government aided by a socially libertine Supreme Court, which may be to the left of Elana Kagan, constantly denigrates the religious sensibilities and faith concerns of not only traditional Jews worldwide but global inter-religious faith communities that consider Israel to be the “Holy Land not the Homo Land”.

Most recently the mayor of Tel Aviv joined the Israeli Minister of Tourism to announce the funding of an initial 6-month outreach effort to attract homosexual tourists from France and Germany.  So while the Torah state in Leviticus 18:22-30: “Let not the land vomit you out for having contaminated it” (with these abominations)…, the Israeli officials import as much deviance and immorality as they can, worldwide.

The latest outrage, the sodomy celebration in Jerusalem, specifically planned to begin in an ultra-religious neighborhood, is nothing less than the spiritual rape of the Holy Land with the active support of the Israeli State, her courts and her police.  This is just the next stage of confronting and silencing religious opposition locally and worldwide.

This Perversion Pride Parade would never be countenanced in Mecca, the Vatican, Karbala, or Moscow, where the mayor and Russian Orthodox Patriarch vigorously oppose it.  The “brave” “progressive” Israeli Government and Supreme Court would never dream of allowing the parade route to include Arab East Jerusalem or the Al Aksa Mosque.  The Moslem community locally and worldwide would never tolerate this.  Just ask Arab Knesset member Sheikh Ibrahim Sarsur.  Thus we see the Israeli elite treating religious Jews with less respect than their Arab co-citizens.

We are further outraged by the deafening silence of over 30 religious members of the Knesset including: the Shas party, Agudath Israel, Degel Hatorah, and the National Religious Camp.  Their taciturnity demonstrates de facto acquiescence to abomination thus spiritually endangering the residents of Israel who are surrounded by terrorists and enemies.  This also spiritually jeopardizes Jews worldwide.

Several years ago, Knesset members Meir Porush and Uri Ariel laid down in front of the parade to demonstrate at least token opposition to this sacrilege (disgrace).  Why can’t all religious and traditional office holders, national and local, gather for the glory of G-d and send a worldwide message of Defending the Holy Land?  They are also guilty of not addressing this blasphemy with appropriate legislation.  Shame on them!

We turn to Christian groups and leaders worldwide, i.e. the Vatican, the various Patriarchs, Focus on the Family, Family Research Council, etc., to stand up and defend G-d’s Courtyard by bombarding the Israeli Prime Minister, Government officials and the mayor of Jerusalem with constant protest.

As for the Rabbinical Alliance, we urge continuous pressure on the Israeli government by Christian and religious potential tourists until the Israeli homosexualists decide:  IS ISRAEL TO BE THE WORLD CAPITAL OF HOLINESS OR HOMOSEXUALITY?

OVER 800 RABBIS URGE FILIBUSTER
TO PREVENT HOMOSEXUALIZATION OF THE MILITARY

In the wake of the recent Congressional votes to repeal the ban on homosexuals serving openly in the US Armed Forces, Rabbi Yehuda Levin, Official Spokesman on family issues for the Rabbinical Alliance of America, representing the views of approximately 850 Orthodox Rabbis across the US and Canada, issued the following statement – ahead of the expected full Senate vote:

“Decent Bible-believing family people have been increasingly outraged by the cravenness of many politicians in their mad dash to turn timeless values on their heads, by advancing homosexual adoption, domestic partnerships, civil unions, “marriage,” and “Heather Has Two Mommies,” et. al.

“The next slice of the salami – the koshering of volitional homosexual activity, along with all aspects of the homosexual culture, throughout the US Military – constitutes a rebellion against G-d, and demoralizes both military and civilian society.  We condemn the inherent antipathy, intolerance, and even belligerence towards the essential religious liberties of Bible-adherents.

“How queer that Politically Correct “equality”-fanatics in the military, who have already recognized the “religious rights” of Wiccans, would single out traditional Bible-believers to be the object of their Zero-Tolerance policies.  This will render it nigh impossible for Bible adherents to serve in the military.

“Passage of such evil legislation would expedite our hurling towards Sodom and Gommorah.  It would also threaten to repel Divine Grace from our military’s struggles, and beyond.  We call upon the Senate to unapologetically filibuster this legislation.  We also ask all people of faith to adhere to our previous declaration that it is forbidden to vote for office-seekers who support the homosexual agenda.

The following is a transcript of a statement delivered by Rabbi Yehuda Levin on May 24, 2009, in Brooklyn. It includes several addenda.

National Rabbinic Group Issues Religious Ban On Voting For Candidates Or Officeholders Who Support Same Gender Marriage

America – America G-d shed his grace on thee!

In light of the alarming advances of pro-homosexual legislation such as the Federal Hate Crimes legislation which does not exempt clergy or religious people quoting the Torah or Bible, as well as the push for same gender marriage in various states including New York; The Rabbinical Alliance of America, a 65 year old national Orthodox organization compromising over 870 Rabbis, hereby issues the following statement at an emergency convocation held on May 24, 2009, in Brooklyn, New York.

“We hereby declare that it is prohibited according to Jewish law for anyone to vote, financially support or honor any candidate for public office who supports the political homosexual agenda which includes, but is not limited to: Homosexual marriage and/or adoption, the so called Employment Non-Discrimination Act which forces religious institution or adherents to hire and not fire flagrant ostentatious homosexuals, enshrining the homosexual agenda in school curricula and any similar legislation or movements.

It is late in the game as we take note of the following:

#1 The Federal Court’s Parker decision in Massachusetts denying parents the right to remove their children from classes teaching homosexual propaganda like Heather has 2 mommies to 5-7 year old children. This is also being planned by school officials in Alameda County, California, and various other locations across the country.

#2 A Methodist Church in New Jersey refuses to rent out their wedding hall for a lesbian commitment ceremony. They lose their non-for-profit tax status.

#3 The New Hampshire legislature votes for same gender marriage and refuses to pass any amendment which would exempt clergy from being forced to solemnize these marriages.

#4 Canada has fined clergy for merely writing letters to newspapers citing religious opposition to parts of the homosexual agenda.

#5 Swedish Pastor Ake Green imprisoned for preaching in his church about Biblical opposition to homosexuality.

#6 Recent British regulation would force churches to hire flagrant homosexuals as youth leaders. And the list goes on.

For too long, we have ignored the constant ever encroaching outrageous advances of the militant homosexual agenda and their allies in the media and politics. We are now at the midnight hour. If we don’t push back now, we will be absolutely unable to continue living our religious lives in these United States.

We join the Central Rabbinical Congress of Chasidic Jews who issued such an edict 25 years ago but then shelved it. We call upon them as well as all Orthodox Jewish Rabbinic and Civil groups including Agudath Israel of America, the Rabbinical Conference of America, the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America, the National Council of Young Israel, etc., to join with us and create a united Orthodox Jewish front to defend ourselves from this frontal attack on our most basic religious values and freedoms.

For far too long, craven politicians have been buying our community’s allegiance by pandering to our institutions, giving them government grants in return for our votes despite their kowtowing to the increasingly powerful and power hungry homosexual lobby. We must break our addiction to these government funds and tell the politicians: they may be going to Hell, but we are not going with them!

Finally, we fully realize that the Orthodox Jewish community is relatively small. Therefore we call upon the Christian denominations such as the Southern Baptist Convention, the Pentecostals, all similar Evangelical groups, the National Conference of Catholic Bishops, the Moslems and other religious groups to issue similar bans prohibiting voting for homosexualist politicians. Simply put, these people are advancing an agenda meant to brainwash our children, muzzle our religious teachers, brand us as bigots and discriminatory, and make our lives intolerable. Similarly, we appeal to family oriented Hispanics and Blacks to rise up and speak up in denying that the homosexual movement is a legitimate civil rights category. A moral wrong can never be a civil right.

If this year they will G-d forbid pass legislation permitting same gender marriage, next year it will be legislation permitting nephews to marry aunts and the year afterwards lowering the age of sexual consent to 14. All this will be aimed at getting the heterosexual community more involved in licentiousness of the heterosexual sort, so that we will no longer be opposed to the debauchery of the homosexual militants. Furthermore, all the brainwashing of young school children (whose sexual identities are still fluid) will allow for more of a pool of potential partners for deviant homosexuals. (Statistics show that 30 percent of children who are homosexually molested and thus indoctrinated into the lifestyle, go on to abuse others even as adults. Obviously, at young ages, youth can be impacted to a homosexual or bisexual lifestyle through physical abuse and logically can be “conditioned” to experiment with a lifestyle that school authority figures preach is normal.)

We appeal to all who see this video to send it to as many religious, moral friends as possible. All should lobby their own religious denominations to speedily come out with similar bans. Finally, we appeal to Pope Benedict, titular head of 1.2 billion Catholics, the largest denomination in the world: Please come out with a clear, unambiguous teaching, with no loopholes, which would totally prohibit voting, honoring, or supporting homosexualist politicians. If you do this, many denominations will follow internationally and we may yet rescue religious family values. Your actions in this crucial time, which calls for courageous, uncompromising, leadership, will surely be your legacy.

A personal aside, here in NYC, we just had an attempted major terrorist attack on a synagogue and some 40 schools including several Jewish schools in Brooklyn closed because of fear of swine flu. We Jews believe that nothing occurs by chance. G-d is obviously sending us a serious message, which calls for introspection. The worst thing happening in New York now spiritually and otherwise is an attempt by prominent government officials to force deviancy down our throats and that of our children. We are not swine, we are not pigs, but we are getting the message to repent and fight against the immorality or we lose G-d’s grace and bad things happen.

It’s up to the religious grass roots to take the purity in politics, pledge, lobby our religious leaders to courageously lead and totally oppose the genetilia agenda! Thank you and G-d bless.
